Mathematica is a software package and programming language that allows the
user to perform mathematical calculations, simulations, and modeling.
Mathematica is able to perform complex algebraic simplifications and difficult
calculus operations quickly and accurately. In this short course, learn how to
navigate the Mathematica interface, use the program to evaluate some basic
arithmatic functions, declare variables, and plot functions.
Prerequisite: familiarity with Windows and an understanding of basic
mathematics
